Perfectly located, with extensive facilities including air conditioning and free WIFI, this location is suited to both vacation and business travellers. Guests will enjoy historic Oxford with the added convenience of excellent business services.
The hotel is located within walking distance of the famous Oxford University Colleges, museums, parks, restaurants, pubs, night clubs, shopping centres, leisure centres and many other attractions. The train and bus stations are only 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
Multilingual staff are on hand to offer translation, secretarial and administrative services. Reception is open 24 hours a day and, in addition to wake-up calls, room services and laundry, every bedroom offers selection of fresh fruit (apples and oranges), water, tea and coffee, chocolates and biscuits.

Different cancellation policies apply on any bookings for 2 rooms or more. For bookings with 2 rooms clients must cancel 2 days prior to arrival.
3 rooms - clients must cancel 3 days prior to arrival
4 rooms - 4 days prior to arrival and so on in mulitples up to 26 rooms meaning a 26 day cancellation policy.
Please note that The Royal Oxford Hotel does not have a car park, however, there is a public pay and display car park, the Worcester, just a 2-minute walk away. It costs up to GBP 19 for 24 hours during the week and up to GBP 22.80 on Saturdays. It costs GBP 2 overnight from 20:00 - 08:00. Otherwise you can use the Seacourt Park and Ride car park, just 5 minutes' drive from the hotel. This costs GBP 1 for 24 hours.

By Road - From the north and south leave the m40 at Junction 9 and proceed along the a34 towards Oxford. Follow the a34 for approximately 8 miles until you reach the North Hinksey/Botley Junction (please ignore all Junctions before this one). At the roundabout on the Botley Junction take the first exit and proceed in the middle lane for 500 yards until you reach a t Junction (opposite McDonald's), turn left at this Junction and follow this road for approximately 1.5 miles, at which point you will travel under a railway bridge, at the traffic lights after the bridge the hotel will come into view directly in front of you. For car parking (see below) you will need to travel down the road to the right side of the hotel as you face it by turning right then first left. Car Parking is somewhat difficult in Oxford, with continuing road works and traffic improvements, please feel free to call the hotel for the latest information prior to setting out on our journey. The hotel does not have a car park of its own. The train station is 500 yards from the hotel, come out of the main station concourse and walk straight ahead towards the city centre, the hotel will be found directly in front of you. You will arrive at the coach station in Gloucester Green. Go out of the main entrance and turn right. At the bottom of this road you will see a car park on your right, past Rosie o Grady's public house into Park End Street, the hotel can be found at the bottom of this road on your right.
